Since 2001, we have been helping individuals successfully reconnect with their talents, clarify their personal mission and develop a plan to live it out.
We Lend Time and Support
If you’re like many successful professionals, you know how to re-charge and redirect yourself, but you don’t have the time and support to do it. Time pressures, tight deadlines and pressing priorities often push the renewal process to the bottom of your to-do list. The things you know you need to do to get refocused and re-aligned with your personal passion never seem to get done.
We Offer a Framework for Change
Or perhaps you know something needs to change, but you’re not sure what you need to do differently. You may be entertaining the idea of quitting your job and doing something else just so that you can reconnect with more meaningful work. You need a framework for evaluating where you want to go, along with the support from a group of like-minded people.
This program is for you if…
1. |
You already feel successful. You’ve had satisfying accomplishments in your life, and you are confident of your ability to reconnect with meaningful and rewarding work. |
2. |
You want to make a difference. You need to feel that what you do matters. You know that even something small can make an impact and produce a positive ripple effect that makes a difference for others. |
3. |
You are willing to invest your time and attention. You want to actively participate in the group and show up on time, stay for the full session, attentively listen to others and complete the assignments. You understand that what you get out of this program is in direct proportion to what you put into the program. |
What You Can Expect
Bloom Where You Are Planted: Finding Purpose in Your Work & Life is a four-week program designed to help bring greater meaning and purpose to your life. We will guide you through the process of identifying your talents, clarifying your personal mission and developing a plan to implement it.
1. |
Rediscover what ignites you. We all have unique abilities that tap into our enthusiasm. You will rediscover your talents and identify how you are currently using them in your life. |
2. |
Create a vision for your life. Without a vision, we wander aimlessly without direction or goals. Dreams are realized when we have a vision of where we want to go. Our visioning process needs to be ongoing. |
3. |
Identify obstacles that block your progress. We all have roadblocks that prevent us from moving forward. You’ll identify yours and learn how to work through them. |
4. |
Clarify your personal mission. We each have a unique personal mission we are designed to live out. When we live our personal mission, our lives have more meaning. |
5. |
Link your personal mission to your work and life. It’s frustrating to know your mission but not be able to link it to your life today. Often, people think they need to dramatically change their lives in order to live their mission. We’ll show you how you can live out your mission today and bloom where you are planted. |
6. |
Create a plan. When people set plans and goals, they more often enjoy the rewards of success. We’ll help you create a realistic plan to help you live out your mission and develop ways to measure success along the way. |
