Since 2001, we have been working with individuals to help them bloom where they are planted. When we started, we helped people move into new careers.  Along the way, though, we observed that many people came to realize that they were already in the right career—they simply hadn’t been clear about their direction in life and how that linked to their career.  What originated as a program to help people transition into new careers grew into a business that helps organizations keep their best employees. 

Grounded in Experience 

Understanding that stakeholders and executives need to know the bottom-line impact of employee retention, we developed a partnership with Jack J. Phillips, Ph.D., of the ROI Institute to co-develop our strategic accountability approach to retaining employees. Our approach is part science and part art; part head and part heart; part Farmer’s Almanac and part green thumb.

Our primary focus is education—teaching human resource professionals, training managers and organizational-development managers the principles and practices of employee retention.  We offer:
